Training Program For The Underprivileged

Novel Organization for Rural Reform is aimed at providing individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue employment opportunities in Bangladesh.

Our Training Program Includes

Knowledge & skills are becoming increasingly important in today’s labour market. We are working on building a skilled Bangladesh by providing necessary skills training in rural areas.

IT Training

We train orphans with necessary IT skills such as Microsoft Office, helping them secure employment in the future.

Sewing Training

We provide sewing training to orphans and provide them with sewing machines after completing the sewing course.

Nursing Training

A few members in our group orphans have received admission in Diploma/BSC nursing courses. At the end of the course, they get an job as a nurse in renowned hospitals.

Creating Skilled Children Means Contributing To A Skilled Bangladesh

Only a skilled population can bring a brighter and more sustainable future to Bangladesh. We design special skill training programs so the underprivileged can contribute to this movement while making a livelihood.

People who have special skills can contribute to economic growth, social progress, and national security.

Even if people know of the importance of skills, they cannot access skills training due to poverty.
